Morris Sussex Heating and Air Conditioning is a family-owned, licensed and insured HVAC contractor based in Sparta, New Jersey, serving Morris, Sussex, Warren, and Passaic Counties. We provide residential and light commercial heating services, air conditioning services, boiler services, oil-to-gas conversions, emergency HVAC repair, indoor air quality services, and preventative maintenance.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1. Program Description
Morris Sussex Heating and Air Conditioning LLC operates an SMS
messaging program to communicate with customers who have provided
express written consent. Messages sent through this program include
appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and
arrival notifications, service and maintenance reminders, estimate
and invoice follow-ups, customer service replies, and periodic
promotional offers.
3.2. Opting Out
You may cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number
you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a
confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you
want to rejoin, sign up again through our website form and we will
resume sending messages.

3.4. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your
mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Consult your
wireless plan for details.
3.5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery
of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless
service provider and is not guaranteed.
3.6. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in
this SMS program. By providing your mobile number, you represent that
you are 18 years of age or older.
3.7. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent to any

3.8. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint,
Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable
for delayed or undelivered messages.
Free estimates are provided for the scope of work described at the time of the visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing. Pricing may change if the actual scope of work differs from what was observed or described, if additional parts or labor are required, or if code, permitting, or access conditions require additional work. Any change in scope will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.
Appointment windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Emergency calls, weather, parts availability, and job conditions may affect scheduling. Please provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can serve other customers.
You represent that you are the property owner or are authorized by the property owner to request and approve the work. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment and work areas.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods disclosed at the time of service. Past due balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by New Jersey law.
Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, registration requirements, and exclusions. Our workmanship warranty, if any, will be stated in writing on your invoice or proposal. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, alterations or repairs performed by others, power surges, flooding, freezing, pest damage, or acts of nature.
Where required, permits and inspections are the responsibility of Morris Sussex Heating and Air Conditioning unless otherwise stated in writing, and permit fees may be billed separately.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morris Sussex Heating and Air Conditioning, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sussex County, New Jersey.
